Delivery, Remake and Refund Policy

This policy covers video ad services from Digital Accelerator Agency (DAA). All prices are in US dollars (USD). This policy is governed by UK law and does not affect your statutory rights.
What this covers
- $50 trial: one video ad (10-15 seconds, 9:16, no watermark) with 2 revision rounds. The $50 is credited toward any pack.
- One-time packs: Starter $600 (12 videos), Growth $1,350 (30 videos), Scale $2,400 (60 videos). These are one-time packs, not subscriptions.
Delivery times
- Starter is delivered within 3 days of payment, Growth within 5 days and Scale within 7 days. These times include both revision rounds.
- Work starts on the day you pay, and delivery is counted from that day in calendar days. All 7 days of the week are working days.
- We ask for your brief and assets when you pay. If they reach us late, your delivery date moves back by the same number of days.
Revisions and feedback
- Every video includes 2 revision rounds within the delivery time above.
- Please send feedback on each round within 12 hours (Starter) or 24 hours (Growth and Scale). If feedback is late, delivery moves back by the same amount of time.
- If we hear nothing from you for 24 hours (Starter) or 72 hours (Growth and Scale), that revision round counts as used.
On-time promise
If we deliver late, we fix it as a priority, within 48 hours of the missed date, and add 1 bonus video at no cost.
Free remake
If a video misses the agreed brief or has a quality issue, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll remake it for free. Each video can be remade once. A remake doesn’t cover a new creative direction or a change of scope.
Still not happy? Refund for those videos
If you’re still not happy with a video after its remake, we refund that video. Refunds cover only the specific videos you’re not happy with, not the whole pack. The refund per video is the pack price divided by the number of videos in the pack:
- Starter: $600 / 12 = $50 per video
- Growth: $1,350 / 30 = $45 per video
- Scale: $2,400 / 60 = $40 per video
- $50 trial: $50 (one video)
For example, if 2 Starter videos are still not right after their remakes, the refund is 2 x $50 = $100. You need to ask for the refund within 7 days of receiving the remake. The rights to the refunded videos go back to DAA, and you must stop using them, including in any running ads. You keep the rights to all the other videos in your order.
Bonus videos can’t be refunded. This includes founding-offer bonuses and the late-delivery bonus video. Bonus videos don’t count in the per-video refund.
The $50 trial works the same way: a free remake first, then a refund of the $50 if you’re still not happy.
Cancelling before production begins
If you cancel before production begins, meaning before you send us your brief and assets, we refund you in full. Once production has begun, the remake-then-refund process above applies.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through our checkout (WooCommerce) to your original payment method.
What isn’t covered
- Ad performance or results (sales, clicks, ROAS). We never promise results.
- Changes to the brief after production begins. These count as new work or use a revision round.
- Ads rejected by a platform because of claims, offers or content you supplied or asked for.
Ownership
Once you’ve paid in full, you own the delivered videos outright and can use them however you like, including in paid ads. DAA may show the videos in our portfolio and showcase unless you opt out in writing. If a video is refunded, the rights to that video go back to DAA.
How to ask for a remake, refund or cancellation
Email [email protected]. Tell us which order and which video it is, and what’s wrong. We’ll confirm the request and give you a date.

FAQ
Can I get my money back? Yes. If a video misses the brief or has a quality issue, ask within 24 hours of delivery and we remake it for free (one remake per video). If you’re still not happy, ask within 7 days of receiving the remake and we refund that video: $50 per Starter video, $45 per Growth video, $40 per Scale video, or $50 for the trial. If you cancel before sending your brief and assets, you get a full refund.
Can I get a refund for bonus videos? No. Bonus videos can’t be refunded and don’t count in the per-video refund.
